Submitted a couple of ads on Sunday and I cant find either using the new search ... Although I can find the skyline on the old ads I can't find the VXR on either..
810216 and 810301
The status says they are "live" and I have pressed every button I can to "send live" but still no joy.
??

Adverts say 'live' but when I view live it says "This advert is not publicly available at this time"
What am I doing wrong??
I added them at the weekend and received advert pending emails, how long do they take to go live?

WillB said: Any ideas??? The adverts you have added are under a dealer account, so that requires authorisation from our dealer team to get make your account live, then all your ads will go live. I will pass on your details and they will pick this up in the morning.

Still nothing....  Do they have a direct email? I tried classifieds@pistonheads.com on Monday and had no reply.... What do they need to do to confirm my account??

Thanks, any idea who the techies are?
They seem to be able to sort private ads quickly, but not trade ads??

Normally yes, but apparently, as above, it's an issue for the "Trade team" whoever they may be? I was promised calls back from them last time the classifieds changed and they never called back Thanks for you help though  I'm getting very frustrated, especially with private ads being sorted so quickly

You said I must contact sales@pistonheads, any idea why this isn't mentioned anywhere?? I would have thought on the trade log in page there should be the correct contact info for PH trade? It says to email classifieds@pistonheads, which I had done with zero response.... Not great when I'm sure you guys are trying to get more paying trade clients? Maybe something to change for the future, so emails are getting to the people who can make changes? Sorry, I have no idea how the system behind it all works, just that for some reason my ads aren't being published! Stuart kindly called me a coupe of hours ago and said he'd get someone to look into it. I'm crossing my fingers that maybe by the end of the day I'll have my adverts live......

ETA: where did you see the classifides@ email address because I can't find it anywhere on the site?

Ahh right. that answers something. The adverts is a catch all email address and dealer issues should have been forwarded onto the dealer team to deal with. Maybe we need to have a look at the copy of that email.
