Mods: I don't want to make a poll, but why does it have to be mod-approved like this?

Wouldn't it be simpler to just activate the ability when someone has been a member for a certain length of time? I'm assuming that length of membership is the main criteria in you allowing people the right?

Is there a history of people "poll-spamming"?

Some members abused their ability to create a poll, even though they were advised not to.
