I still haven't had a response form someone at PH to my question that I asked last year. Back when Stuart and Garlick ran PH, we used to get an answer within a day. That started to go down hill when Stuart left and when Garlick left it became terrible. What are you guys doing that means none of you have the time to respond to the feedback? It's a bit pointless having a section called Website Feedback when no none from PH ventures in to it.

Allow me to introduce myself. I'm the 'relatively' new community experience manager so here to help with any issues or problems members might have and to be a 'point of call' so to speak for anyone who has any questions.

Lord Grover, thanks for the post on job creation.

We have indeed expanded the PH team over the past year, which in total now stands at 31 across community/marketing, development, editorial, sales teams (dealer and brand) and administration. This is a hard working and passionate team I am really proud of. Our main marketplace competitor for example, numbers nearly a 1000 people yet we are the number two motoring site in the UK, and growing, thanks to the team, our mods and the membership at large. Thanks to all involved.
