Classifieds WTF?

I sometimes browse classifieds with a phantom budget to see what's available, quick, easy and simple. Now it seems some muppet thinks it's a good idea to fill in a questionnaire first WTF? I could go on auto-trader if I wanted to do that. Am I missing something? I used to be able to click on the car section I wanted and see cars and prices straight away.
