Do PH answer the phone?

Trying to place an ad, system says I need to log in , I am logged in , try to log in again and it won't recognise my password. tried ringing twice, phone rings for ages then cuts off

Anyone there wanting to take some money off me? Please...

I thought the phone number was provided for a reason ? If there is nobody there to answer a ringing phone who answers my email?

Also I'm annoyed and fed up and can't be arsed to type anything else now I've lost my lovingly crafted text for my ad

From what I can see, you don't have a classifieds profile with us, so you may need to register for one. Please take a note of the user name that you supply (if you do), as this will be your login for that part of the site.

My lunch hour is between 1-2pm, so apologies if your call wasn't answered. Feel free to call me on 0208 267 5573 if you have any problems when registering.

This seems to happen a fair bit - might be worth putting a message on the classified login screen?

Indeed, it has been mentioned in Lee's updates that this is an ongoing project for the dev team.

The great news is that you should start seeing it implemented towards the end of this month.
