Adverts gone away

I upgraded my Galaxy Tab recently to the latest Android+browser.

I did NOT install any ad blockers, but since the upgrade I only get the occasional advert, and none of the taboola crap at the bottom of the page.

This is not a complaint, and I have been dithering about informing PH, as I like the nice clean ad-free look, but I finally decided you should probably know about it.

Please don't fix this issue.

The mobile site does, thankfully, seem to have avoided being fked up by adverts. I ad-block on other devices but my phone isn't rooted yet.

Hope it stays relatively st-free, I can live with it as it is currently on the phone. One should also argue that blitzing mobile data to serve adverts should be banned anyway. The number of video ads that try to run on 3- or 4G is absurd. I'm not having my data allowance taken up with companies trying to sell me st I don't want.
