Sky TV advert

For those of us with a not so great internet connection, the sky advert that is actually a video that plays without choice makes the site unusable. What happened to just adverts instead of videos?

The page jams and freezes because this video is playing and can't be stopped almost like a gif. It's annoying and has made me give up tonight.

Please have a look at this as it makes the site slow and clunky for me when it's usually an easy site to read even with a rubbish connection.

Use Firefox and install the ad-blocker.
