I'm not 100% sure, but could somebody check if the Forum PM feature to contact other members is working correctly?

I've sent a few in last few days and nothing has arrived at the other end and I've not received any cc copies either

I sent one this morning and the cc copy arrived.

Maybe it isn't working. I've sent a Mod two PM's and haven't received any reply.

Sooo it's either not working or this particular mod cannot be bothered.

If you want to alert the mods then report this thread and someone will pick it up. Unless it's a pm for one particular person and not a general moderator issue in which case you're stuffed really.

no - no copy email and no sent email to person I'm PMing

So problem appears to be it doesn't work when I send PMs

It might be related to mail blacklists... we got accidentally put on one recently and it can take several days to be removed... This would then affect a few ISPs who use that specific blacklist (e.g. Yahoo and Hotmail).

I have checked today and we are fully clear of all blacklists, so try again now and see if it comes through. Also check any junk folders or spam folders as sometimes they can go there.

Me too. About half a dozen PMs sent last couple months only two replies. Same thing happened previously when recipients had no trace of my email ever arriving with them and a mod explained there were problems at that time. Of course, there's no requirement for anyone to reply but, in view of past experiences....
