No Gallery option to upload pictures to classifed ad on HTC

Need some help please, I'm trying to submit a classified ad but when I get to the add pictures part and click on the upload image button it only brings up 4 options - camera, video camera, documents or voice recorder.

I can't access my gallery pictures to choose from. Only way it will let me do it is to select camera and take brand new photos which I can't do as I'm not with the car currently.

Any advice?

What device are you using? Can you post a screen shot, if possible?

I'm using a HTC one. Not sure how to post a screenshot from my phone.

Worst case I'll have to wait til I get home and upload the pics from phone to computer and do it that way

Have you selected the documents option? A member of staff who is an Android user has suggested that it should bring up your photos.

Tried that, it only accesses downloads on the phone memory
