user names

While we are working on the unification of classifieds users with forum users we have restricted the special characters that are allowed to be entered. Once we have done the work then we can look to extend the functionality again, so for all new users they are restricted (and those that fancy changing their username).

We are in the final stages of that project - roughly 3-4 weeks unless some unforeseen thing gets in the way (read sudden urgent requirement for a thing on the site not to do with that project).
