Sunday Service smilies

Every Sunday Service it is the same story... members who were initially outside the list, have dropped into the allocated amount but never received their smilie, or instructions, or whatever has been emailed to those that were in the list. Would it not be possible to have a link on the calendar event page that only those members, who are logged in and in the allocated amount can access that provides the smilie/info/whatever? That way, everyone can do it for themselves, up to the morning of the event themselves...

A good idea - we will look into the resource we have to get this done... so might be the one after next Sunday Service.

Tagging onto your post regarding Sunday services, one thing I have noticed, possibly this is just an iPhone issue, but I cannot add myself/ remove myself from the event calendar on my iphone. It has to be on a "proper" computer. I presume this might explain why some people do not remove themselves from the calendar last minute as they can't do it on their mobile device. Or is my iPhone just buggered?

Shouldn't make too much difference what device you are on as long as the link is clickable, but will have a look myself.

No issues from my iPhone - all works fine (though you have to zoom a little for the non-mobile optimised page to click on things).
