When you are in 'my stuff' can you not see the little black 'X' on the right?
(ringed in red below!)

Yes on desktop, no on mobile - is this intentional?

Ah, you didn't say 'mobile'!
Mine is the same and no 'report' facility either. I think it must be a function of available screen area?

Hopefully a 'techie' will be along soon!

A techie hasn't been seen in this thread for nearly over weeks, I wouldn't hold your breath!

... you take a few weeks off and eventually glad someone noticed smile

Back today - so catching up on this thread. The product team have been reading these threads and hopefully taking necessary action, will check what is in the backlog.

Cannot change profile pictures.
Same for me, despite clearing the cache, trying a different browser, and even a different computer.

The password manager in Chrome doesn't recognise the login page as it's unique each time and so I have to actually find the password and type it in manually.

I think this is due to to the ID in the URL which changes each time

Could you please just hide the ID, a bit of rewrite engine should sort you out (I believe it's URL Rewrite in IIS).

Have you logged out, not just relied on the site kicking you out?
If so, post device & browser your'e using & wait for a techie to help.

Have you tried clearing cookies, logging out using the button & logging back in?

Same old same old

I need to relogin every time

I am not about to lose all my logins elsewhere just to clear the cookie cache here, just isn't feasible. I'm very old and my memory is even older.

I am trying again to get you to 'remember me'

We'll see if it worked tomorrow (or later today if I'm having a really crap one ) frown

That implies an ability to find the thing inside this W7 thingmy, which even has me baffled simply uploading pictures to My Pics which used to be a very simple task that this old man could handle

These days easy stuff isn't

However I will try to get inside the machine

If I don't come out soon please send a techie in after me

wink

Yup, cleared everything which is a right pain. Still not working.

When is this going to be sorted? Might give PH a miss until the basics are in place.

Obviously we don't want that to happen, so would like to help you with what you are seeing.

For all the colleagues in the office we now do not have to login again, and all is working fine - so need to understand what is different about your system.

When you say you have to login again - are you having to go to the login page and fill in your username/email and password every time you come back to the site?

Or is it that the site is seeing you as logged out, and then when you go and write a post or view my stuff it logs you back in?
