Pinch to zoom on ipad

Whenever I try to zoom in on something on the new site it changes to what looks like an alternative skin.
The new skin seems to have a fixed zoom in place and annoyingly it's slightly larger than will fit on the screen so panning around is required to read anything.

A nice little challenge to our front end developers to sort so that zoom doesn't do this.
