Cannot view member profiles - "Oops, not found"

As per title, when clicking a member username, instead of the usual page I just get a message in red saying
"Oops...
not found"
No other text or graphics on the page, simple plain text.
This is when clicking their name from a the "Last poster" column in a forum topic list. If I click someone's name inside a thread, or the OP's name in a forum topic list, it works fine.
