I can't update my profile picture.

I have tried several times to update my profile picture. I choose the file and save changes, and then see a message saying I may have to wait 15 minutes for it to update. The first time I saw this message was a week ago!

Now I have no picture, and still can't upload another. It's a jpg file of 337KB on my desktop if that helps..

I'd cleared your pic (it has helped in the past )

Still no joy, despite clearing the cache and also trying a different browser, and even a different computer. I'll contact the techies. Thanks.

There seems to be a problem in the back end where the images are getting stored - will have a dig around and see if we can solve it.

Update... we have put a release out for this and it is now working.
