Racing Pete, can I ask you to look at the following thread. It is hardly statistically relevant but it is a genuine effort to 'test' the search facility as it now stands, from at least the needs of one group of users.

I looked for a thread I know I had written regarding DVLA - so put DVLA in the search box

Answer - We found 0 results for your search "DVLA"



I found it using the Site:Pistonheads Google thingy in seconds.......

No idea how you got no results. It returns 18,000 for such a common term...

I also got zero results for all searches at about 4:30 today . Wonder if there was something going on with the search backend.

Well if you get zero results all the time, I agree
