Unable to email user via the PH facility

I just get 'Sorry, an error has occurred' and I am referred to the home page.

I tried twice just to be sure.

Emailed myself (as a test)...nothing arrived yet.

Someone sent me a PM last night (they said so on the forms) but its not arrived. I am also not getting any notifications for replies to my posts. Something is broken IMO.

Probably not fix it, but raise it with someone who can.

It's been borked before and been fixed eventually but I guess the techies are busy with skin issues and mobile desktop and stuff
