After posting a number of times regarding the shortcomings of the new mobile site I had managed to find a temporary solution which made it marginally less annoying...until today.

I view PH on my Macbook, iPad and iPhone - all my bookmarks and passwords and synced in the cloud. I have two bookmarks for PH - "mobile" and the main site. Up until know I have used the "mobile bookmark" which is just usable and didn't log me in (this was on purpose as I didn't want to mess with the skin on my login as this replicates onto my iPad which is utterly useless). I mistakenly clicked on the main site bookmark on my iPhone this morning which has logged me in automatically (log in is synced across devices) to the main site and now I can't log out - there is no option. I have raised this before but nothing has been done. I could clear all my cookies on my iPhone but I don't want to lose all the other information.

I find myself using PH less and less now, although I reached the tipping point with adverts recently and have now installed adblockers which have improved things. Such a shame - issues are identified on here but nothing seems to get done.

Have you tried the "Logout" link?

DON'T click this unless you want to be logged out.

Improvements and updates are made daily. It's like anything new. Just give it time and you'll get the hang of it.

A 'leap of faith' if you like.

I'm still experiencing the same problems.

I think the new mobile site is the worst I've ever used. Trying to scroll down the forum homepage and it loads a sub forum by itself, the uber advert takes me to the App Store when trying to read a thread and many more issues. It's hopeless, pistonheads is a far cry from what it used to be like.

I managed to use the old site for a long while but now it switches over to the new one. Why can you not minimise the buttons at the bottom as the amount of screen left to read anything is, quite frankly, crap.

Why don't you just bring back the old site as a browse only with no sign in?

They don't care. Look across the website feedback forum.

I used the mobile site yesterday and it has switched back to the classic layout again. Can't complain but how long will it last?

This site is really dreadful now. Its like a fking chore trying to navigate around it. Really is a shame because the PH community is the best.

Oh well as long as you've got the Ad revenue coming through doesn't seen you're bothered.

So that we can correctly address and identify the source of the issues can you read this first:

http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...

Without this information we cannot resolve them as we need to re-create the circumstances that has led to the issue
