Can't add picture to garage

I'm trying to add a picture to one of the cars in My Garage. If I edit the existing entry, fill in the Picture URL and click Update then I get the message "Sorry, an error has occurred".

If I delete that car and create a new one from scratch, the Picture URL is just ignored. Then if I try to edit it I'm back to the same error as above.

The picture is self-hosted on my website which has worked fine for my other Garage entries.

Same here. I've changed my car and am trying to update my garage. I can add a new car, but I can't edit the details of the previous one (to reflect the fact that it is previously owned). Every time I do so I get "internal server error". It appears that all garage edits are broken.
