I wouldn't list a car on here based on the fact I don't use the classifieds as it's so painful so I can't be alone in that. You can't search Make/Model on Safari/Mac (reported, but still not working), and trying to scroll through the most ludicrously long list of obscure makes is a pain on an iPad - and why do you have to deselect "all models" - when searching a car who wants to see all the models? Oh, and the adverts are a pain.

The classified section could certainly do with some attention. Specifying RHD or LHD needs to be a required field so I can eliminate the growing number of LHD cars that are cropping up among the types I'm looking at.

Also, the following ads annoy the st out of me and should be binned by the mods ...

  • People posting MR2-based Ferrari 355 replicas in the section for real Ferraris. Let's have a replicas section for them.
  • Dealers posting a car that they don't actually have for sale along with a "now sold, we want more" type message. NB. Often posted with a price that's unrealistically low to make it appear at the top of 'price low to high' ordered results or posted with a price that's unrealistically high to imply that the car sold at that price and thus 'ramp' the market.
  • Dealers posting the monthly payment in the price field instead of the actual price.

Would be nice if they were forced to honour that advertised 'price'

Adverts...adverts...adverts now with sound all going on while trying to put my car up for sale. I just gave up in the end due to text and screen jumping about all over the place making the job completely illegible. This really was a bad customer experience so taken my money elsewhere. I understand and accept some adverts but this is now taking the piss. PH please take note. nono

We've removed all skins from the advert upload pages, and if the site behaves as it should do, they won't be back any time soon.
