Classified ad not live

I placed an advert last Thursday that I think went live for a couple of hours only but appears to have been expired ever since.

I'm posting this on the forum as I've had no response despite numerous emails to the classifieds team. I've also called but the 0208 number currently goes straight to a mobile voicemail.

Granted it isn't directly linked to this but I am still getting phishing emails from scammers from the last time I posted an ad on PistonHeads. Not sure the classifieds system is as robust as it ought to be...

Thanks Spannerski but the classifieds 'team' seem like they've retired.

Still not heard anything so given the non existent customer service will start a charge back with my credit card company.

It's a shame we have to do this by via the forum. I've sent 4 emails all from my registered email address. I've also called 3 times and left messages and had no response.

This is now 12 days since the ad should have gone live and it isn't any use to me now. I'd like the ad removing and a refund please.
