Silence is deafening from the mods.
A statement needs to be made if only to say " we've strongly suggested to "the decision makers" that the advert should be removed".
Letting it remain supports him and puts PH in a very bad light.
It's not the mod's call (though they have flagged it up)A statement needs to be made if only to say " we've strongly suggested to "the decision makers" that the advert should be removed".

It has got nothing to do with moderators we do not have any input or control over adverts. We are forum moderatorsA statement needs to be made if only to say " we've strongly suggested to "the decision makers" that the advert should be removed".

Yes which is why I edited my post to mention the post above mine that it has been flagged with Haymarket.
And my comment was aimed at moderators "pulling the adverts" which we do not have and never had any control, editing, adding or removal of ever.
Contact, no other contact than you have or anyone else. Email and forum.

We are looking closely at this, collecting all the facts, and will update on Monday.
For those interested the new classifieds V2 incrementally launching over the coming weeks will include lots of data , including MOT extracts, PH membets reviews and PistonHeads team. Dealer reviews and ratings from the members will be added to.

Seriously? This 'dealer' has been known about for months - Watchdog are hardly 'cutting edge' in any of their reviews - they only go-in to places which are so clearly bent the BBC lawyers know there's zero-risk.
So why are HM/PH even slower? At the moment a layman would see this as you being complicit in potential fraud / conspiracy to defraud (whatever the legal niceties that HM's head office may spout back)...makes the Classifieds here little more trustworthy than Gumtree...
