What has changed at PH end, this has only started recently, no changes at my end

What worked for me was to log out & log back in.

Done that (log in, log out, log in again) and it's still happening.

As per JD's note we have put Dom from PH Dev across website feedback Monday to Friday to fix faults faster. Expect contact tomorrow and faster resolutions.

Well, for Dom's benefit - it happens to me on:

• iPhone 6 and 6S (iOS 9.1) - Safari and Chrome
• iPad Air 2 (iOS 9.1) - Safari and Chrome
• Windows 7 - IE11 and Chrome
• Mac (El Capitan) - Safari and Chrome

Other than that, it works perfectly...

I suspect that this is around cookie lengths that is causing the issue - so will investigate that, if you can read the cookies or clear them and let us know if that helps then that would be grand.

In the meantime we are looking at what is being added to the cookie on the page.

Are you absolutely sure its not a security issue with multiple logons?
