(PENDING) Why do I keep getting logged out?

I posted about this months and months ago.

Only happens on my iPad. I can open or look at another tab in safari, come back to PH and have to log in again.

It's a right pita to be honest.

I got kicked out on all devices at 11.30 this morning

It's logging me out every time now, and won't recognise my password when using Safari, but will using Chrome.........wtf? Only happening on this site.

Just to clarify.......I tried to access the site a couple of days ago and it wanted me to log in. When I did, it failed to recognise my password. I " changed " my password to the same one I've always had, it let me back in using that, even though in theory it can't let the same password be applied for twice. It then forgot it again the next day! But only using Safari. It works fine on Chrome!

Hi all

Apologies you're having trouble logging on. I'm afraid I can't offer a solution at this time as PH Towers is closed until the 4th.
However I will make this a priority matter as soon as the doors reopen and will keep you updated as to developments made.

Well the plot thickens for me.....just arrived home, went to log on on safari on the desktop, and it worked first time. But the site doesn't recognise my password on safari when on the laptop, but will allow it on chrome? Errrrrr..........

Well bugger I. It let me in using Dolphin. Usually throws an error. I only tried to log in so I could screenshot the error message I usually get.

Perhaps related or not, in also logged in using Chrome on the same device. Or at least I was last time I checked. Will check now. Hold on.

Ok so we are no nearer the cause of this from what I can gather therefore I will request that this matter is escalated.
