I do not think the blacklist is the major cause of this problem, but does not help - We have resource on it this morning and are investigating further.

Well I was going to wait till we released the fix... But you spoilt the surprise!*

We have re-worked the sending of the code for PMs and will be putting the change live this afternoon, will post here when live.

Note: There is now a change to how PMs work

To make the system more reliable and to avoid blacklists, particular emails getting blocked etc. We have changed how the message is sent and how you reply to that message. So you now can no longer click reply to respond to a private message.

All PMs will come from a pistonheads.com email address with the details of the sender and the message inside the email. So to respond you will have to click on their email address to send a message back. This is a necessary evil so that we can make sure all messages have a trusted from address when sent.

That is in place, but I have found it to not be fully reliable across all mail clients - so was just pointing out (if that fails), to not reply to the @pistonheads account sending it.
