For some strange reason both my Mac and iPad display a blank screen if I click on any advertised cars or parts on PH yet my windows 8 works fine! Really weird as the iPad and mac are on different versions and I have not run any updates. Anyone else using Apple having the same problem?
Any suggestions for a fix?
Be gentle I am not the brightest....

Hi roseytvr,

Thanks for your feedback.

Is this all advertised cars or parts or just those relating to TVR's? We have some ongoing problems with TVR's that are currently being worked on.

Thanks,
Dom

I'm getting this on Safari on iOS, I can see the framework of the ad, but not any content. On all ads, not just TVR.

It has been almost a week now since I cannot view any TVR models! (Windows 7, IE11, both fully up to date)

Hi Dom
It seems to just be TVR....... But as I only look at TVR it may as well be the whole site, lol.
Cheers

Hi Craikeybaby,

What iPhone are you using here? I can't replicate this at the moment. Could you also give the entire URL of the page you are on, as this will help with investigation?

Many thanks,
Dom

Im on an iPhone 6 on latest iOS. The URL of that particular page is:
http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/b...

I've had this on safari web view within apps and direct in safari.

Interestingly I've just tested it on my wife's iPhone 6S and it works.

Thanks Craikeybaby. I've tested a few iPhones (not a 6) and cannot reproduce the error.

Does this happen on all classifieds adverts on the iPhone 6? If so I'll try a little harder to get my hands on an iPhone 6 and try to reproduce this.

Cheers,
Dom

I've done some more digging, it seems like PH classifieds are getting caught by the Crystal ad blocker.

Thanks for the info, I'll pass this on to the developer working on this.

I take it the issue with viewing all adverts on iPhones while having crystal add blocker installed is still ongoing. As I am having the same issue.

Yes. A long press on the refresh button and select "reload without content blockers" fixes it though.
