These dealer accounts are being phished, our website is not being hacked. The dealers are responding to phishing emails which are requesting usernames and passwords via a link. We are aware of these emails, and regularly send out warnings to our customers. Unfortunately it is very difficult to prevent people from clicking the links, we can only educate them about what to look for in an email to ensure its authenticity.
We have restored access to this dealers account - please report any fraudulent adverts to us via the report to admin flag, this is the quickest way to notify us.
Thanks

As above I, and I am sure others did, reported this on Sunday or maybe before, but as it affected all their classifieds on here I raised this thread as a way of getting it noticed. We have restored access to this dealers account - please report any fraudulent adverts to us via the report to admin flag, this is the quickest way to notify us.

Just an acknowledgement that our reports have been noted wouldn't go amiss, at least we wouldn't have to keep annoying you by asking if anything is being done.
Ollie's reply today came across as a bit patronising to be honest.
I will now slink back into my hole and hope I haven't offended anyone.

Hi Monkeylegend,
Apologies if my response sounded condescending in any way, this was the first notification I had on this matter. No need to hide away again..... in fact award yourself 10 PH points for bringing this to our attention.
Ollie
