Contact seller by mail gets red and won´t send

Hey guys,

i read the FAQ and couldn´t find any advise.
I´m from germany and try the conntact a seller over the website.
I entered my mailadresse, the one i regsitered for PH, and my text.
When i click on the green button the text gets red and nothing happens.
Any advise?
