Adverts causing page to drop during load process cause issue

The adverts that go between the main header bar and "Start Topic" link are a nuisance when not logged in. They are slow to appear and cause problems when selecting a subject as the page drops down during the slow load process causing a selection of the wrong subject. Now waiting 5 seconds for each page to load before selecting anything.

The advert tends to be the exact same as the one on the top so no idea why I need to see it twice.
