According to their FAQs tinypic can remove an image if it's not been accessed for 90 days.

No OP, it's typically seen as offensive towards disabled people when a person with a disability is shown in the picture. Some may argue Trump is disabled however that's likely to be even more offensive to those with disabilities.
The phrase is often used, frequently in conjunction with subsequent random phrases, when someone posts in a partially incoherent style - no offence!
Just a bit of innocent fun, don't get your willy in a twist.
