[RESOLVED] Chinese ads!

I'm mystified. Using a mobile sitting in Portugal seeing 😖 Chinese advertisements in PH. Not Chinese, never been there, not tried to buy anything Chinese, as far as I know. What's going on.

I've been getting Chinese ads on PH for a long long time, banners, margins and blocs. I did ask when it first started but received no reply, so I shrugged it off.
