Am I the only one to think this, or is it a peculiarity of viewing the forum on a 7" tablet? The new font for the sections/topics appears very thin and hard to read, compared to what it used to look like.

I haven't viewed it on a PC, so can't comment on what it looks like there.

Happens to me on Android tablets too..

It's been reported here - http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a... - but no resolution yet.

Hi there,

Can you just confirm which skin you're viewing PH in?

Thanks

I see that font using GTI on a Nexus 7 tablet and Lenovo A10-70F tablet (both Android).

Same thing for me. Android Nexus tablet. If I log in then it seems OK. My preference is set to PH classic. Don't know what default font without login is but I get the thin text. Only happened recently.

Thanks for the feedback. I think there is a very specific width of some screens which causes the skin to behave irregularly. It will be looked in to.

Cheers,
Dom

I'm viewing it in PH Classic on a second gen Google Nexus.
As was said above, it's only started happening recently.

Hello again. This happened to me today, and I realised that the small font only appears if I'm not logged in. As soon as I log in then it returns to normal.

Thanks for this - should make it easier for the tech guys to identify (if they haven't already that is)

Hi,

I have been getting this for a while as well on my Samsung Galaxy S2 tablet using the GTI skin.

It happens for me when I am logged in, and it makes the topic headings very difficult to read.

The GTI skin works fine on my Android Oneplus 3 mobile.

I've tried using other skins, which make the tablet look better, but that ruins the display on the mobile.

This has been replicated by our QA team and will be scheduled to be fixed by our developers.

Any update on when this is scheduled to be fixed, as the last update was almost 2 months ago? It makes reading on my tablet very difficult.

The alternative adblocker browser I have been using to get round the problem now also has the same issue.

5 months since reported and still no fix. The forums are pretty much unusable on my tablet.

When exactly? It's still a problem on my tablet.
