Bit surprised about this. The picture has been posted up here many times, for years.

And are we not to mess about with pictures of the dead? I recall plenty of deceased celebrities posted up.

But my main point is, who died and are we sure he died?

I've searched for deaths of Derbyshire/East Midlands/Leicestershire councillors and come up with a few, but none looked anything like the bloke in the picture.

Did he really die, or is someone here being mischievous?

For the avoidance of doubt, it's this picture, suitably camouflaged...

It's been removed numerous times over the years, it appears that the guy in the forefront of the image committed suicide under rather tragic circumstances.
