(ANSWERED)Photo orientation
Discussion
Thumbsnap is most likely using the EXIF orientation tag embedded into the image.
This is not a fault of PH or Thumbsnap.
Most likely if you hold the phone / tablet / camera in the correct orientation when taking the image, then it should be the correct way up after uploading.
Unless of course Thumbsnap have got something horribly wrong in their image upload code.

I downloaded a couple of the images and the EXIF tag is maintained, and orientation is stated as "right top".
According top this site Thumbsnap is indeed displaying your images in the *correct* rotation.
From the table below, "right top" is 6.
For convenience, here is what the letter F would look like if it were tagged correctly and displayed by a program that ignores the orientation tag (thus showing the stored image):
The solution is to either hold your iPhone 5s in the correct orientation, or edit the image prior to upload, remove the EXIF tags (recommended in your case*) and set the image to the desired orientation prior to uploading.
It should be noted that many image viewing programs will by default rotate the image to the 'correct' rotation for viewing purposes.

- Your exact geographic location is embedded in your images, and I was able to find your exact post code in Spellbrook, Bishop's Stortford.
Obviously the GPS is somewhat off then lol.
Thumbsnap are just displaying the raw image and ignoring the EXIF info - if the orientation is correct on other image hosting services, then they are rotating the image accordingly.
Although Photobucket has not inherited the sobriquet Photofket for nothing lol (it's ste).
