(RESOLVED)Incorrect Telephone Numbers

I've uploaded a new classified ad for a private sale in the last 24 hours and opted to us the PhoneSafe service. This morning it was brought to my attention that the PhoneSafe number allocated isn't connecting to my mobile number.

I trawled the website to find out how to resolve the problem and found two telephone numbers to call - 0208 102 0508 from the "Contact Us" page and 0208 267 5573 from the PhoneSafe section of the FAQs. Problem is, neither of those numbers are currently in service. I've resorted to emailing my issue to [e-mail] and await a response (assuming the email address is still in use...), but incorrect or out-of-date telephone numbers on the website are of no use to anyone. Can they be updated?

We've just received an internal email that there are no incoming or outgoing calls going through the building this morning (an issue affecting the whole of Haymarket not just PH towers).

We've been told by our telco company are trying their best to fix so hopefully you'll be able to get through in an hour or so, in the meantime you can also email Katie on [e-mail] as she may be able to help.

In case OP is not aware, phonesafe charges are exorbitant for the caller.

I'm told telcoms now restored so you should be able to call through on the 0208 numbers as normal now.
