Forum request: Can we have a forum for Audio?

I'm really into highend audio...i'm sure a fair few are too.

Any chance of getting a new forum for this, say next to photography and video?

Why don't you just plonk it in with the Video, and photography?

I think that covers just about everything!

Video and photography is more that, not AV HIFI stuff. But some people stick questions in Computers & Stuff aswell which confuses matters.

I think a Seperate one for HIFI/AV would be good.
May be worth having one for ICE aswell?

I suppose you could have an "Audio/Visual" forum - to cover home and car - and would cover ICE, domestic stuff, hi-spec gear, etc, etc ....

Dressing up as Romans for a weekend? If I did that, i'd be doing Frankie Howard impressions all weekend long ....

I think there are probably enough audiophiles around, I doubt they visit here often enough to voice opinion though. You could probably get away with just an Audio section for car and home stuff the same as video and photography are bundled together.

It might also be handy for stuff like ipod questions, and advertising other music players so people dont always just go for an ipod. I think its a good idea!

Yeah there are a lot of threads on What Mp3 player to buy and loads and loads of song threads.
