You are trying to link to the page and not the picture. With Picassa albums it doesn't give your the url of the picture in the page and you will need to right click on the picture and look at the properties of that picture. The address will be the text next to Address (URL), you will be able to highlight it and copy it to paste in here.

In your case it is

[pic]http://lh4.ggpht.com/bighatplay/SH-ZwhMWsdI/AAAAAAAABRE/4wqUxxJqsMQ/DSC00087.JPG?imgmax=800[/pic]

Which gives you

try using the photo url http://shutter11.pictures.aol.com/data/pictures/02... enclosed in the [pic] tags and you'll get this

tinypic has gone I did like it as Thumbsnap leaves a watermark that sometimes obscures things. Maybe they need to make it a bit more transparent?
