VMAX9 clip not "saving as"

Hi Ted

I can't get the VMAX9 clip to "right click -> save as"

I know to open the film and then save as on the "watch in external player" but I keep getting a pop up box error saying:

"Download could not complete!" This is in IE.

In Firefox, right clicking etc is merely opening Media Player to stream the film - not allowing a save as option.

Any hints at all?

Firefox allows saving as, just click save target as and itll do the appropriates. What version of firefox are you on?

I think that one may be encoded as streaming (prefixed with mms: rather than http: ) which would probably explain it.
