So any chance of finding out why its on the blink

Its the toolbar thats completely missing
seem to recall this happened before

You need to set Opera to identify itself to PH as Internet Explorer. If you're on version 9 then you can specify it per site.

hmmm, tried all that

deleted the cookies and all that as well

now its still the same

what should I go for next

I thought I'd fixed it earlier (about 18:30). I tried it in Opera 9 (identified as Opera).

Would be my next step. Very easy upgrade, keeps all the settings as before unlike the 7>8 upgrade.

Not sure if this is a direct effect of the Opera changes (but is very picky )

But the banners at the top right are being very slightly overlapped by the navigation bar with the 'Whats New' etc..
Seems to only be in Firefox..

This is 9 now
although it looks abit different in some aspects
as in using its view + other tools

theend result seems the same

I'm getting confused now

I've tested in Opera 9 identifying itself as Opera 9 and it worked. Does that combination work for you?

it was working as normal untill (I think)

Saturday AM
and I cant' think of anything thqat might've changed here

edited to add i've un-ticked both boxes here to illustrate the
lack of change with/without Java

Try installing that, maybe your java has gone tits up.
