Reporting problem threads

I'm sure there used to be a button to report posts which contravened the rules.

Can't see it now but that may be; thickness, age or lost specs.

Eric. In the top right hand corner of each and every post there is a little link labelled "report". You click on that and make your comments.

But in this case I do believe it unnecessary. In the context of the post the epithet simply served to illustrate who was doing what and how. We use the word "chav" constantly and humourously and no-one complains. In this case, quite genuinely, "lighten up".

Having said this I believe the "report" button is there for a purpose. And it does help keep PH standards so much higher than the other fora out there. I'm not a mod - but they do seem to take notice of justified complaints and deal with them very well indeed.
