I have a brand new one sitting in my garage, that I haven't got round to fitting on my SE bumper. From memory it has to be screwed up into the bumper with a load of tiny screws. I'll have a look when I get home.
As for fitting the SV, it may be possible as they look quite similar around that lower edge, there is a tiny bit of flex in the lip spoiler too.

Thanks Sudesh , looking at the se30 bumper compared to the SV it has a thicker lip so I,m not sure if the rubber will be too big , if so maybe the rubber could be trimmed or cut back . Hard to tell without having one at hand . I,d like to fit one if possible , I think they do help protect the bumper on leading edge .As for fitting the SV, it may be possible as they look quite similar around that lower edge, there is a tiny bit of flex in the lip spoiler too.
