Tempted by an LP 640, never driven one before but quite fancy one of these as a older proper Lambo, the presence, noise and experience etc is the main purpose for it rather than outright speed.

I know clutch life isn't great but what other things should I look out for? Also the 2007 white car at £139 looks nice but missing the carbon interior bits. Anyone able to comment on the price/mileage/spec of it? I know it has carbon engine bay, lift kit, white stitching on leather, e-gear and ceramic brakes.

Also what have prices been doing on Murcielagos in general? Only just started looking recently.

Cheers

The colour doesn't look like the normal Verdi green I've seen, looks faded or a wrap? Also does appear to be a bargain if vat can be claimed back but I don't think I could get away with it. Also the headlights and very little detail in the add my gut feeling is not to go near it.

Under what circumstances would a 7 year old car still be vatable? I'm guessing that means it's been owned by a business all its life?

I think it's just a poor set of pictures. With just a little adjustment, it looks like the proper shade of Verde Ethaca.

Under what circumstances would you be able to claim the vat back? I'm assuming being bought into a ltd company as an asset!. Sorry for ignorance but does it mean the vat has never been paid on this vehicle in this country so it's an import. I understand the situation with new or newer cars but not a car of this age!

Getting warranty till November, it's getting a new clutch fitted, rear camera and big service before being delivered. Can't wait!

Congratulations it looks great, I bought mine a couple of months ago and I can tell you this is the wrong time of year to buy!
Every weekend I want to get it out and then I see the gritter truck a couple of days before and leave it in the garage, roll on the summer :-)

excellent.... will be in one of these at some point...may be a lhd one due to small numbers here and price.
I would love it if you could do a brief write up with a comparison of the lp640 with the other rather tasty cars in your fleet (good and bad points). The exterior and interior look great... me = jealous!!

I don't think it has to be an import. I suspect it's a company asset but would be interested to know if there's other reasons.

Awesome cars Spaceship looks with antiquated underpants
Manual choice IMO
Be VERY careful lots of substandard ones out there which might look a million dollars but often looked after and shoddily maintained.....

Still think its a '£sleeper£' looking at meteoric rises in value of stuff which again IMO are not comparable. Don't seem to have nudged from £130 to £150k

A great prospect if you can find a good un
