Countach Meeting UK 2015
Discussion
Great photographs and Dan was a very lucky man to be the nominated photographer on the day.
Did anyone take any more photos of Mike Pullen's Maroon LP400S Countach which I think is quite unique.
Also, were any of the Countachs fitted out with dash cams so as to record some epic 1080p video footage of the drive to or from the event?

Thanks for the comments everyone. As the only non Countach owner there I can say it was a privilege to be involved. A really great meet, great bunch of people and cars.
I'll post a few pics below, there'll be more in the coming days. Its about to become a picture-heavy thread!

I don't think Dan was lucky to be invited. I believe we were very lucky to have Dan with us. Some amazing shots Dan. I think the group will be well pleased with the results. Stunning shots so far!
Mike P was unable to make the event at the 11th hour. So his maroon car was not there. The black LP400s was there and I think the owner will be very pleased with the motion shot :-)
I'm not sure if anyone had dash cam fitted, should have thought of that ( duh )

I totally agree with you, Dan takes some really good quality photos as can be seen if you take a look at some of his pics on Flickr.Mike P was unable to make the event at the 11th hour. It was a shame that Mike Pullen couldn't attend the event because he really does know his way around the Countach because that's what he does for a living, though he was a total maniac back in the 1980s and embarrassed quite a few drivers of far faster cars at the Goodwood race-circuit in both the Countach and the 911 because he knew how to drive right on the very limit of sanity. Absolutely brilliant to watch.
As for the lack of dash cam, such a shame because the video quality has dramatically improved over the last few years and genuine 1080p video quality is now achievable. Invest in a Mini 0806 from Combi in Leicestershire and you won't go far wrong.

Hi Dan
I was wondering if you have a shot with all the cars parked together as it must have made a rare sight. Would really like to see this shot if you have it.
Ems33.
The shots above with the 9 car line are the most in any one shot that I took. There was no space for Cars 10 and 11 to line up with the rest so they parked over to the side. Car 12 was only at the second venue, and not all the cars from the first venue went there. I was wondering if you have a shot with all the cars parked together as it must have made a rare sight. Would really like to see this shot if you have it.

I had aspirations to do the classic "Top Gear Mag" front cover shot of the cars parked at different angles, leading away from the camera, but the event plan timings were tight and it just wasn't possible.
