The car that Top Gear tested is PP3 (Production Prototype 3), which is closest to a production spec P1. smile

The tiny winglet behind the front wheel looks a little... ermmmm.... a bit of an afterthought?

If you see it in person it matches up perfectly with the panel above and looks great for the airflow. I do think it will get knackered from stones very quickly!

Saw a dark grey/black P1 on the A1M last night (over took it on my bike in the Hatfield tunnel) licence plate read Paul B.

Looked great on the road.

That could be a multiple F&L owner's new toy I reckon

And the yellow car being Paintshielded could be the first UK car given the timing & looking at the story on Autocar

That's what i was thinking, seems the same on the other pics too. Assume this is in speed bump friendly mode?

Definitely not grey smile

Saw this whilst waiting for my car to be done at Paintshield.

Stunning piece of engineering and craftsmanship.

Funny - that's my favorite element of the P1's design. biggrin

Certainly not an afterthought - in a conversation with Frank Stephenson he mentioned that a lot of time was put into getting that just right with the curve and the gap.

Here's one of my pics from the Paris Motor Show that highlights it a little better, maybe?

who is Paul B?
Where is the photo taken?
Most importantly, how did that lady get in and out with that skirt on?

It would be great if he was a member on PH and came on to elaborate a touch about his car. I bet he's being constantly pestered/shmoozed by all the magazines etc to let them have a go too!
