McLaren owners meet / weekend 2015

Not very handy for TISPKJ in Kent, but I sometimes meet up with mates for an early Sunday morning run to the south coast, from the car park at Ockham by J10 of the M25, down via some nice roads to the south coast. Brunch at the Goodwood Hotel is pretty good, or we could have a fry-up at the Old Control Tower at the circuit.

When I had a TVR we had a few meets at dealers then a run to a pub somewhere for lunch. First one ended up with a crash caused by some enthusiastic driving coupled with non ABS TVR brakes!

For france we only need to book eurotunnel and a restaurant depending on numbers.
Those of us kent / Surrey based could meet up first and then drive for lunch at the Goodwood hotel after a ride out, for goodwood I normally go to bottom of M23 then nice route across country via the A272 and Petworth etc.

Would we all prefer :
Early morning run to incorporate late Breakfast at Cafe Rouge type venue.
Or run out followed by Lunchtime meet at a Hotel / Golf club type venue
Or being really keen both.
I guess hotel lunch type meet would enable us to look around and chat cars more than breakfast venues.

After saying I was free most weekends the wife has now informed me I am not. In fact it is looking pretty grim. I am now tied up BH weekend, free on the weekend of the 6th, being the official starter at the local Donkey Derby on the 13th and taking my daughter to Uni on the 20th.
If I miss this one I will make damn sure I make the next one.

Sorry fellas, and thanks for the PM TIS, but I'll be at Wings & Wheels at Dunsfold on Sunday 30th, Goodwood trackday on BH Monday 31st, and the Alps from 4/9 to 13/9 inc, so the next free Sunday for me is 20/9! I guess you'd better count me out, shame. I'm kinda running out of pink slips anyway
