Brilliant organisation as usual, thanks Mikey. Fantastic routes as ever including the odd detour by my party
Great to meet some new folk and catch up with some regulars.
Sorry we had to leave after lunch but we had a bit of a giggle on the A44 heading home
Roll on the next one.
P.S. Best of luck with the birthday boy tonight

Thanks for organising Mikey, sadly I didn't get chance to have a chat with you while we were there.
Thanks to everyone for bump starts too, it's fair to say I had some sweats on by lunch time when our convoy kept getting lost and stopping (basically if my rpm dropped below 2000 for more than 20 seconds all the battery lights were coming on). There's is nothing quite like focussig the mind on not stalling when you're in the middle of nowhere with no signal for rescue.
By 4pm the car was back home, hooned it from Aber, there's a good 14v across the battery when running so the alternator is fine, battery is off and going for a test tomorrow but I think/hope it's dead.
I hope the police weren't too much of a problem

You forget to mention being low on fuel too Dave Thanks to everyone for bump starts too, it's fair to say I had some sweats on by lunch time when our convoy kept getting lost and stopping (basically if my rpm dropped below 2000 for more than 20 seconds all the battery lights were coming on). Mikey, thanks a million for a great weekend!!!
All weekend events are memorable, this one was the first I have been in with the long arm of the law - group pull-over by blue lights! Luckily we we're doing anything wrong (as you would expect ) it was just a technical with someone's registration change and their insurance docs. The policeman loved all the cars
