I don't have pictures of every car that's been up for sale over recent months, but quite a lot of them, apologies if yours isn't here, I had to use a few stock images of the 650's as I wasn't looking for one! I'm sure there are other cars that have sold over the last six months that we don't know about.
I desperately need my car now, I clearly have too much time on my hands.
Sounds like there's quite a lot of interest in owner's events and keeping in touch, keep throwing ideas in the ring!

WilmslowBoy -- Your collection has got to go down as rather unique to say the least with planes and boats involved! Could you not slip a train journey in somewhere? That is a superb car. Hopefully you're in the North West when you're not collecting cars, so we need to get organising a northern drive/meet as the bulk of the crew appear to be doggers from the south of England!

I didn't think a few weeks ago there was so much interest in McLaren as I do now, lots of newbies like me and long termers all coming together in a nice community both here and on Facebook. The start of a great group, making the ownership experience better for all.

As it happens... I just happen to have a vinyl cutter in our office which could produce the logo onto either a sticker or iron on transfer for a garment. We don't have the actual tee shirt press, but a hot iron can do the same. Needs some time to cut out and weed the waste material away. If I get some time I may experiment. Watch this space.... Doggers Monthly could be reporting a load of blokes turning up one morning at a car park in #McLarencrew teeshirts!
Right this is more of an experiment than anything else to see if they will cut cleanly from the artwork we put together.
This is self adhesive vinyl for signs and stickers, I only had grey available to hand, but it works. Because of the long format these ended up about 30cm long,
I will try them half that size when I have a little more time. Not everyone's cup of tea on their car, but on the tailgate glass perhaps?

Well then.. it's almost five weeks since I started this thread after putting a deposit down on a very nice 12C, however after much frustration and disappointment through various delays, I've moved on and found something else which I hope to have middle of next week.
It's a former McLaren display car used at the Geneva Motor Show, so ridiculous amounts of carbon etc. soon to be heading in a northerly direction.
Just a little relieved and ever so relaxed now....

Had it all arranged, drive down Saturday, pick up car, have a little play, a few pints with a pal, stop overnight, then head over to Doggers Paradise to meet up with everyone. Perhaps another time chaps, make sure you guys take plenty of photos, oh and don't forget the Red Arrows arrival and departure procedures with synchronized door opening and closing!!
The other thing to happen in the last five weeks is the crew developing....46 members on the Facebook group now and growing, plus the others on here who have yet to embrace social media!
We do need to have a national get together somewhere now the crew is growing. Would be great to get 30-40 cars together somewhere north of Ascot!
So here's the latest crew wall, 32 in total, the rest of you need to get snapping when the sun's out, only decent images accepted!
If you're not on board yet, whatya waiting for?

Looks great Carl, I get a 12C in the same colour Wednesday. Alastair knows how to bring the colour out in his photos.
