Well then.. it's almost five weeks since I started this thread after putting a deposit down on a very nice 12C, however after much frustration and disappointment through various delays, I've moved on and found something else which I hope to have middle of next week. 
It's a former McLaren display car used at the Geneva Motor Show, so ridiculous amounts of carbon etc. soon to be heading in a northerly direction.
Just a little relieved and ever so relaxed now....

Its beautiful and VR suits the 12C so well, shame you can't make Sunday, would be great to see you and the car :-)

If you look through the rear grill a sports exhaust has a straight tube between the 2 exhaust pipes / banks of cylinders, a std set up has a nasty looking pressed steel silencer box.Contrary to popular belief I don't think there is much difference in volume until well up the rev range but will need the sun to come out to prove this with Selon.

Had it all arranged, drive down Saturday, pick up car, have a little play, a few pints with a pal, stop overnight, then head over to Doggers Paradise to meet up with everyone. Perhaps another time chaps, make sure you guys take plenty of photos, oh and don't forget the Red Arrows arrival and departure procedures with synchronized door opening and closing!!
The other thing to happen in the last five weeks is the crew developing....46 members on the Facebook group now and growing, plus the others on here who have yet to embrace social media!
We do need to have a national get together somewhere now the crew is growing. Would be great to get 30-40 cars together somewhere north of Ascot!
So here's the latest crew wall, 32 in total, the rest of you need to get snapping when the sun's out, only decent images accepted!
If you're not on board yet, whatya waiting for?
