Now that is a great looking car! The yellow is pretty special in the "flesh" but doesn't seem to photo well other than in good sunlight.

Out of interest, why the palladium roof?
Thanks. The palladium roof was just to continue the colour from the roof through the engine cover.

I think Volcano yellow is a fantastic colour but its a bit marmite - you love it or hate it which narrows your market come resale

I almost bought a late 12C spider in volcano yellow and when it was parked next to a supernova silver 650S spider it really stood out.
In the end I didn't get the deal on it I wanted even though the car had been for sale for over 6 months. I told them my offer was a good one considering it was winter and the colour but they were happy to wait a further 6 months to eventually sell it for probably less than I offered in the first place.

I then went for a more subtle volcano red 650S spider.

Enjoy the car and colour and one thing for certain is it will be rare and stand out, but hey you only live once and its only money.
Enjoy what you like and want

Almost the same spec as mine except for Alcantara seats and Palladium roof. Here's a few pictures to whet your appetite.

The pictures do not do the car justice, almost 600 miles done, no niggles to report.
Love that! Looks like a mini P1 to me!

Really looks stunning.

Hate to change the subject slightly but what level of depreciation would you expect. Is it different to italian supercars or similar and how long is the waiting list?

I'm looking at these at the moment, can't for the life of me find the price of the Palladium roof! is it a no cost option? looks great

Not posted on this thread before and while a very happy owner of 911 991 Gts I can't stop lusting for the 570s.
My concern is living in London and having such a flash car on the street plus doors etc.
How do owners find the attention to their mclaren? Of course attention in ones sports car is great and part of fun I'm just thinking of west London street parking and being too stand out.
Also keen to hear how people rate the sound especially when compared to screaming top end of my Gts
