Car looks stunning and like others on here a brand new car with 3 years warranty with those looks, seems a no brainier.

Nice car Andy, congratulations, you taking it to Le mans?

Can't help thinking a few stickers would not go amiss biggrin

Hi Mark. Yes, it's off to LeMans next Tuesday and Yes, it will be donning a few 2016 stickers just to fly the flag.

See you at the bar.

£126,000 basic is pretty good. You would have to add the security package (for lift & sensors) at £3,940, which doesn't seem to include the tracker, which you will need on any car over £75,000 to obtain insurance, its £620. And soft close doors at £600. I would say all those are essential after having a 12C for 6 months without any of them (except the tracker). But that's still only £131,160, anything else is just for show. The warranty itself is worth £3,500 for each year which is £10,500 (there are some discounts though so it is a bit less than that). With the warranty saving thats on-par with a nice low mileage 12C, would be interesting to drive a 540 and see how they compare. A 540GT would be very nice :-)

I don't need it thumping, but it is perfectly OK for me. There are only front speakers. I assume there are rear ones in the upgrade, but quite honestly you don't need it.

Regarding insurance. You do not need a tracker, so I didn't buy the security pack, just individually selected nose lift and parking sensors. A lot cheaper.

Depends on your insurance company. Mine has a £50k value limit, before requiring a tracker

Why would you not want a tracker on a 130K car?

Because a tracker increases the chances of getting a car back that you wouldn't want after it had been ragged by some scrote?

My tracker company ring me about 20 seconds after I pull away when I've forgotten the fob and they'll even alert me if the car is rocked, can't see a down side.

Seems as if you've aptly explained it tbh.

I thought it was industry standard to have a tracker in all cars over £75k value? Non-the-less having one will widen your options regarding insurance and in the long run could save you money.

PS....The tracker isn't listed in the security pack, which is odd.....

No it is odd seeing as they provide a security pack, but the tracker is an extra on top of the price of the security pack .

Hi MadMac, the car looks terrific, very tasteful colour scheme, class, beauty and a bit of racy aggression smile I am looking at buying one of these and wondering about the noise, how does it compare with the 570S? Also, how is it going after 3 weeks, any more thoughts?
